Shipping & Returns
Returns Policy
Our products are made to order and imperfections are inherent to the beauty of the products. In the event that you receive a broken, damaged, or wrong item, we will gladly absorb the shipping cost pertaining to returns and the replacement of items. We will provide a return slip for your package. Credit will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from receipt of the authorized item. Please allow the 4-6 week for the product to be remade and reshipped.
Shipping
Our ceramics are handmade to order and generally take about 1 to 2 weeks to craft. Once your order is complete we will hand box your items in protective packaging. We ship USPS ground unless otherwise indicated.
Care Instructions
Lux Eros ceramics look fancy but we designed them for everyday use.
All of our products are food safe and lead free.
Our gold luster is also lead free and certified by the manufacturer for food safety. And yes! it's REAL 22K GOLD! Our products are dishwasher and microwave safe except for pieces with gold luster, which, although food safe, are not safe for microwave or oven use. However, we do recommend that you treat your ceramics with care as normal wear can happen. Hand-washing is recommended. We also recommend gradual heating and cooling to avoid temperature shock.
Everything is handmade by a real human. Irregularities in size, glaze & texture add character and make each piece unique.
Our Process
Wondering what our process is? We try to stock as much as possible, but most of or ceramics are handmade to order. Please allow up to 15+ days for your order because as we like to say here in the Lux Eros Studio - You can't rush clay!
